Lauren S. Holtzman, M.A. ,P.T.

Ms. Holtzman has been a licensed physical therapist since 1981 and has more than 40 years of industry experience. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and received a master's degree in Pathokinesiology from New York University.

She specializes in the treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic pain as well as manual therapy, including:

Ms. Holtzman's philosophy is to look at the whole individual in order to integrate the mind, body, and spirit.

Mary Kate Fries-Hershfeld, P.T.

Ms. Fries-Hershfeld is a licensed physical therapist and certified Feldenkrais practitioner. She graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1987 and has done master’s work in business and education. With more than 34 years of experience, she has the expertise to provide patients with the best possible treatment.

She became certified in the Feldenkrais Method by the Reese Movement Institute and International Feldenkrais Guild. Her work includes Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she worked for twelve years and one year in San Francisco, California, at St. Mary's Spine Institute.

In addition to the Feldenkrais Method, Ms. Fries-Hershfeld specializes in:
